RESERVATIONS
Looking to host a barbeque or children's party during the summer season? Dewing Park Swim Club offers its members just the place for easy party planning!
All private parties and social events hosted on club grounds require a reservation. Club policy allows a maximum of up to 50 total partygoers per four (4) hour time block—subject to change at club discretion.
Payment is accepted via a (current) member account, and full payment is taken at the time of reservation. You may cancel up to seven days prior to your scheduled event. Cancelling within seven days you will be charged a fee of $50.
2024 Facility Rental
The BBQ and West Lawn areas are available for rent to club members and their guests. The hosting member must be in attendance. All private parties and social events hosted on club grounds require a reservation.
Rentals are for a four-hour block, including set up and clean up. We rent out the BBQ area as one space and the West Lawn as a second space (20 persons max in this space).
We allow a combined (including both rental areas) maximum of 50 event guests at any one time. For example, if you have a party of 20 and there is a party of 50 scheduled at the same or overlapping time you will need to select an alternative time or date.

Member is responsible for any damages or ordinance fines (noise etc) arising during their rental of Dewing Park facility. See DPRC Property Use Rules.
Party Rental Lifeguard/Supervision
Members assume full responsibility for their guests in adherence to all rules and regulations. Minors are only permitted to use the rental facilities under direct supervision of an adult member.
Dewing Park posts its lifeguard hours on our Calendar, however with the ongoing lifeguard shortage Dewing Park cannot guarantee lifeguards will be present for scheduled rental parties. The Host-Member is ultimately responsible for providing certified lifeguards or adequate adult supervision for their guests.
Dewing Park also reserves the right to require added adult supervision depending on the size and age range of party attendees as well as other functions scheduled.
